    Campaign Overview

    The Service Shop Marketing Agency developed a comprehensive engagement campaign to promote the Economic Inclusion Conference at Coppin State University (EICAC2024) held in April 2024. Our team of strategists and creatives crafted a unified brand identity using compelling visuals and messaging that resonated with target audiences. This effectively highlighted EICAC's significance and its impact on fostering equitable economic development.

    The Service Shop devised the slogan for the conference: “An Invitation To Opportunity” to invite emerging entrepreneurs, local and national businesses and the local community to foster equitable economic development, inspire innovation and facilitate collaboration.

    We developed impactful printed assets used throughout the conference and a strategic social media campaign with a pre/during/post conference approach to maximize engagement and participation.

    Brand Visual Identity

    Our team crafted a modern, minimalist, and versatile brand identity for the conference. The logo seamlessly integrates the conference name, slogan, and year, allowing for easy adaptation in future iterations. We leveraged Coppin State University / Center for Strategic Entrepreneurship's established color palette to ensure brand consistency across all campaign assets.

    Printed Communications

    The printed materials showcased a unique and impactful look & feel, seamlessly aligning with the Center for Strategic Entrepreneurship and Coppin State University's visual language. Compelling user imagery, distinctive shapes, and a vibrant color palette created a dynamic experience. To cater to the conference's diverse audience, all printed assets were bilingual, featuring English and Spanish messaging.

    Social Media Campaign

    The strategic social media campaign positioned EICAC2024 as a vital platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and driving an equitable economy. The Service Shop crafted a comprehensive and engaging strategy and implementation calendar featuring pre-conference teasers, clear registration CTAs, speaker spotlights, and key theme discussions. This maximized the conference's reach, appeal, and ultimately, registrations.

    Messaging and visuals emphasized the conference's unique value proposition, showcasing the speaker and influencer expertise, and celebrating Coppin State University's rich history and commitment to economic inclusion.
